Legal support and client relationship management **Position: Junior Labor Lawyer** Location: Fortaleza/CE – On-site Employment Type: Associate **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Junior Labor Lawyer** with a **proactive, analytical, and collaborative profile**, to join our legal team and work in a dynamic environment focused on results and continuous professional development. **Your Responsibilities** * Draft and review procedural documents at all stages of labor litigation; * Conduct and attend hearings, including preparation of minutes and reports; * Analyze cases and formulate effective legal strategies; * Monitor deadlines and court orders using judicial system platforms; * Provide legal support and maintain client relationships; * Support internal department routines, ensuring organization and efficiency. **Requirements:** · Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; · Strong verbal and written communication skills; · Proactive, organized personality with attention to detail; · Proficiency in the PJe system and legal practice management software. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Ongoing or completed postgraduate degree (preferably in labor law); · Prior experience in law firms or corporate legal departments. **What We Offer** * Profit-sharing; * Performance-based bonuses; * Structured career development plan; * Wellhub Job Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Company-issued mobile phone * Profit-sharing * Remote work Work Location: On-site
