We are looking for a Junior Support Technician to provide user support, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s technology resources. The candidate will be responsible for supporting IT operational routines, system support, equipment maintenance, and incident tracking.
**Key Challenges:**
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
* Log, track, and update incidents in the service management system.
* Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on computers, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
* Assist users with corporate systems, email, VPN, Microsoft 365, and network access.
* Configure accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
* Perform equipment formatting and preparation.
* Assist in installing and organizing basic network infrastructure.
* Support IT asset inventory control.
* Execute checklists and operational routines of the department.
* Escalate incidents to specialized teams when required.
* Adhere to service standards, SLAs, and information security policies.
* Assist in documenting technical procedures.
**What You Need to Take on This Challenge:**
* Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate studies in: Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
* Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
* Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365.
* Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, and cabling).
* Computer assembly and maintenance.
* Remote access tools.
* Incident management / Service Desk systems.
* Basic Active Directory concepts.
* Fundamentals of information security.
* ITIL fundamentals.
* Prior experience providing user support.
* Entry-level IT certifications.
