Requirements: Experience in customer service and support within the context of equipment maintenance. On-site support for computer maintenance and installations. Valid driver's license — Category B required. Technical or higher education degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Information Technology. Willingness to travel when necessary. Must reside in Campinas, Sumaré, or Paulínia. Job Responsibilities: * Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring agile and effective service. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripheral devices. * Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
