Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, and support of servers, networks, virtualized environments, and data backup. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for IT infrastructure (servers, network, virtualization, and backup); * Install and maintain Windows and Linux servers under supervision; * Support network connectivity routines (VPN, wired, Wi\-Fi); * Provide basic endpoint security support (antivirus installation, system updates); * Handle service tickets related to IT infrastructure and operational support; * Manage and maintain IT equipment; * Assist with basic data backup and restoration routines; * Record and document operational procedures. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in IT infrastructure; * Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs); * Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments; * Basic understanding of virtualization (Hyper\-V or VMware); * Basic knowledge of corporate antivirus solutions and security policies; * Basic understanding of backup and storage; * Basic knowledge of monitoring tools.
