This role involves identifying and resolving technical issues, assisting in maintaining IT environments, and ensuring continuity of IT services. **Responsibilities:** * End-user technical support (hardware and software) * Assisting in firewall and VPN administration * Maintaining IT systems and infrastructure * Monitoring environments and identifying/resolving incidents * Installing and configuring equipment * Setting up videoconferencing environments * Logging and tracking service tickets (NOC) * Supporting general technology department routines **Field Work:** * Direct engagement with company clients * Conducting technical visits for support and implementation * Availability for short-duration travel when required * Supporting configuration and troubleshooting of equipment (switches, routers, and access points) **Requirements:** * Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking, or support) * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or technical degree in related fields (IT, Systems, Analysis and Development, etc.) * Strong desire to learn and grow professionally * Technical English proficiency or currently studying English * Education * Good communication and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) * Basic understanding of information security * Interest in learning about firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices * Knowledge of monitoring tools * Experience in technical support or user assistance * Prior experience (even internships or academic projects) **What We Offer:** * Ongoing training and professional development * Learning and development environment * Opportunity for professional growth
