Job Summary: Professional to provide support for international trade operations, assisting in import and export processes while ensuring legal compliance and operational monitoring. Monitoring processes with international partners The professional will support international trade operations, assist in import and export processes, ensure compliance with customs legislation, meet operational deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and perform follow-up on import processes with involved suppliers. **Responsibilities** Support import and export processes, from purchase order placement through customs clearance Review and organize international trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.) Monitor processes with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers Update internal tracking logs, spreadsheets, and systems with shipment information, costs, and operation status Assist in basic calculation of import/export costs (freight, taxes, fees) Support communication with suppliers and international partners Ensure compliance with foreign exchange, tax, and customs regulations **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Knowledge of import and export processes Familiarity with customs legislation and Incoterms Intermediate Excel proficiency Advanced English for technical reading and writing **Preferred Qualifications:** ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Totvs or similar) Intermediate Spanish **Benefits** Shuttle service (regions: Jundiaí, Cajamar, Santana de Parnaíba, Barra Funda, Caieiras, and Várzea Paulista) Bradesco health insurance (50% covered for primary insured, 100% for dependents) Dental insurance Life insurance On-site cafeteria Meal allowance: R$322.50 Remote work allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) TotalPass Birthday day off Compensation: R$4\.810,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection Questions: * This opportunity is initially temporary for 6 months, with possible extension and future opportunities—do you agree? * The professional will handle imports (70%) and exports (30%)—do you have experience in these activities? * The professional will use English daily—do you have an advanced level?
