We are seeking new talents eager to join this outstanding team and a global company! **Position:** ---------- The professional will work in the Implementation area of Zucchetti Brasil’s **ERP vertical**, focusing on supporting project execution and ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with client needs. This role is essential within a lean, collaborative team, requiring a generalist approach and high visibility, directly contributing to project continuity and evolution. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Perform system parameterization and configuration according to client requirements; * Support technical and business requirement analysis, understanding clients’ operational context; * Participate in solution implementation, actively engaging in all project phases; * Map business processes and support identification of improvements and opportunities; * Provide support and guidance to clients during system usage; * Attend client meetings, monitoring and facilitating interactions with team support; * Work as a generalist, interacting with various departments (e.g., production, finance, tax); * Support project continuity, ensuring smooth delivery pipeline flow; * Participate in training sessions, immersive learning experiences, and mentoring by senior consultants. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek dynamic, adaptable professionals with strong learning motivation.
