We seek motivated professionals who thrive on challenges, possess a strong business-oriented mindset, and are driven to identify opportunities and solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the commercial team in customer and lead engagement; * Conduct proactive and reactive outreach (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail); * Update and maintain information in the CRM and other commercial systems; * Assist in client prospecting and lead qualification; * Organize commercial proposals, contracts, and related documentation; * Monitor the sales funnel and support goal and KPI tracking; * Provide administrative support for commercial department routines; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields preferred but not mandatory); * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Interest in learning and developing within the commercial area. **Competencies and Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Collaborative profile with a results orientation. **We Offer:** * Remuneration of R$ 1624,00 \+ Bonuses * VT (transportation card) \+ VR/VA (R$34,10\) per working day * SESC membership * Gym benefit * Health insurance plan **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Monday through Friday.
