Check out what we expect from this position **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support internal users’ requests by configuring, updating, and maintaining IT and telecommunications infrastructure resources and services, prioritizing quality and empathetic service. * Provide internal support through the helpdesk system, phone, WhatsApp, chat, remote access, or in person, guiding users on local network usage, email, printers, access permissions, and related items, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. * Assist in assembling and organizing the IT infrastructure, following guidance and supervision from the direct leader. * Support monitoring of third-party services related to IT and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring alignment and execution according to departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in High School; **Additional Information** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Professional Development Workplace Gymnastics Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday We have been in the market for over **14 years**, with a track record built on the trust of more than **2\.500** SAP Business One customers and the positive impact we’ve generated among approximately **250** employees.
