We are looking for a ***Software Architect*** with solid experience in large-scale environments and practical experience with the most innovative technologies in the market. We are looking for someone who acts with technical excellence, organization, and good communication in agile teams. **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve the integration architecture between legacy systems and new solutions, ensuring a safe transition with no impact on production environments. * Design and implement an Event\-Driven Architecture, using messaging for asynchronous communication between services and data replication. * Design solutions based on the CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) pattern, ensuring separation between read and write, high availability, and data consistency. * Define the microservices architecture, including communication patterns, resilience, observability, scalability, and security. * Design and implement strategic components of the platform, such as event buses and specialized services (e.g., Intelligent Queue microservice). * Define and sustain Cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and cost optimization. * Structure and evolve CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation, quality, and agility in the development and deployment cycle. * Act as a technical reference in defining architectural patterns, best practices, and technological direction with development teams. * Identify opportunities for optimizing infrastructure and Cloud resources, seeking greater operational efficiency and cost reduction. **Requirements** * Solid experience in software architecture and defining high-availability distributed solutions. * Experience with Cloud providers, such as AWS and/or Azure, including architecture, managed services, and infrastructure optimization. * Experience in building Event\-Driven Architectures using technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar. * Advanced knowledge in applying the CQRS pattern, Event Sourcing (desirable), and synchronization strategies between legacy systems and new platforms. * Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, and asynchronous communication between services. * Experience in defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices. * Knowledge in observability, monitoring, distributed logging, and troubleshooting of production applications. * Experience with architectural patterns, system integration, scalability, resilience, and application security. **Will be a differential** * Experience with Event Sourcing. * Knowledge in Domain\-Driven Design (DDD). * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. * Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Knowledge in observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, or similar. * Experience in legacy system modernization projects and architectural transformation. **Our benefits:** * Health and dental plan; * Food and meal voucher; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnership with gyms and health and well\-being professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical, mental health, and well\-being; * Pregnant employee and responsible parenting course; * Partnership with online course platforms; * Platform for language learning; * And many others More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion begins with the first contact.
