AI Developer Backend Java Sr About the project A SuperApp redesign project, focused on modernizing Android, iOS, and Java backend platforms—preserving existing functionality while reorganizing customer-facing user journeys. Your mission Responsible for developing the necessary integrations for the SuperApp redesign using AI agents, ensuring senior-level delivery of tasks under your responsibility. Requirements and responsibilities: AI-driven development: Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development for optimizing processes within the development workflow; Proficiency in Spec\-Driven Development (SDD); Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs; Participation in agile ceremonies; Involvement in deployment and RDM processes; Ensuring code quality and unit testing; Code reviews; DevOps and project management tools: Usage and integration of tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams; Autonomy to solve problems and quickly adapt to new challenges; Resilience and adaptability in adverse scenarios.
