If incorrect and/or incomplete data are identified, the registration will be **canceled**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide Level 1 support to all staff members by logging incidents reported by users; * Assist in providing and supporting hardware, software, and telephony required by all staff members to perform their respective functions, including equipment assembly, repairs, configuration, and use of available hardware and software; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and qualifications** **Attention! Mandatory prerequisites** * Completed technical education (diploma and/or academic transcript); * Proven experience in the position (IT/COMPUTER TECHNICIAN/TECHNICAL SUPPORT) for a minimum of six months (mandatory); * Proficiency in computerized systems; * All documents must be submitted as copies (photocopies). **Additional information** **Our salary:** R$ 3\.698,78 **Working hours:** 40 hours (weekly). **Our benefits:** Food Allowance (Basic Food Basket); Meal Voucher; Transportation Voucher; SESC Agreement; Dental Plan (Uniodonto).
