Description

Riel Engenharia, a company specialized in electrical and infrastructure engineering projects and construction, is seeking an **IT Technician.** Responsibilities: * Support network, telecommunications, and structured cabling infrastructure. * Assist in the installation and maintenance of telecom and electrical infrastructure equipment. * Monitor the operation of systems, networks, and communication devices. * Perform tests, diagnostics, and fault identification on equipment and networks. * Support activities related to automation, CCTV, and integrated systems. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and IT equipment. * Provide technical support to operational and administrative teams. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety procedures. Requirements: * Knowledge of technical support and IT infrastructure. * Familiarity with telecommunications, structured networks, and optical fiber. * Basic knowledge of electrical installations and technical drawing interpretation. * Familiarity with operating systems, Office suite, networking equipment, and administrative routines.
