Job Summary: A professional to perform manual testing on web systems, design test cases, identify bugs, and support continuous improvement of QA processes, with an emphasis on quality. Be \+IESB!!!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform manual testing on web systems (functional and regression) * Design and maintain test cases and test scripts * Identify, document, and track bugs * Support the development team in validating fixes * Participate in requirements gathering with a focus on quality * Assist in creating test scenarios * Validate integrations between systems (APIs, databases, etc.) * Support QA process improvement **Work Mode:** Remote **Stages of the Selection Process:** Curriculum analysis; Competency-based interview with the department manager and HR. **All stages of the selection process are both eliminatory and classificatory. This means only candidates approved in the previous stage will be invited to the next stage.** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of Software Testing (functional, regression, etc.) * Familiarity with Databases (basic SQL) * Programming logic **Competencies:** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail * Organization and proactivity * Excellent interpersonal communication * Focus on quality and continuous improvement **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Insomnia) * Familiarity with test automation * Experience with web systems (PHP, Laravel, React, etc.) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The primary mode of communication will be through the Empregare platform.
