Opportunity to develop information technology skills Fundação do ABC is seeking a Junior IT Technician to provide technical support in outpatient/hospital environments, contributing to meeting IT demands and ensuring service continuity. We seek a proactive candidate with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a problem-solving focus, who is interested in developing expertise in information technology. Position: Junior IT Technician Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology (Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields); * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic understanding of computer networks; Location: Lucy Montoro Diadema What We Expect From You: * Maintenance and enhancement of the SALUTEM system (Electronic Health Record, Support, Patient Care); * Ensuring best practices in system usage; * Technical support to end users; * Supporting clinical processes (consultations, examinations); * Maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Assistance in system and network installation and configuration; * Other duties relevant to the position. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in the field; * Familiarity with the SALUTEM system; * Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., GLPI) is desirable; * Knowledge of outpatient and hospital processes.
