Interested? Check out the opportunity we are offering: **IT Support Technician – Service Provider** Type of opportunity: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Model: Onsite support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Fixed-term \- 26 business days; Business hours; Avenida dos Portugueses, São Luís/MA. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in local equipment inventory control; Ability to quickly learn technical information; Practical experience resolving software and/or hardware issues; Practical experience providing end-user support; Understanding of technical requirements for services requested by the client; Qualifications and Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree in Data Processing, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields; Knowledge of desktop and notebook hardware; Experience supporting electronic time clocks, access control systems, surveillance cameras, and turnstiles; Printer configuration; Knowledge and handling of video conferencing systems; Knowledge of mobile telephony (Android, iOS, etc); Basic knowledge of the Windows environment (10 or later); Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Basic knowledge of network infrastructure; Knowledge of cabling, cable crimping, and connector assembly; **Additional Information:** This is a fixed-term PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) opportunity. Immediate start, working Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour break. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
