Provide support for IT equipment, telephony, and structured cabling; 2\. Deliver technical support to users whenever necessary; 3\. Ensure the availability of the communication network; 4\. Maintain updated records and execute security procedures on the institution’s network; 5\. Install and provide support for IT equipment, image-based security systems, and telecommunications equipment; 6\. Install and configure software; 7\. Administer the operating system; 8\. Analyze performance, ensuring optimal alignment between software and hardware; 9\. Identify errors and implement prescribed preventive measures to correct them; 10\. Execute backup routines; 11\. Carry out tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation schedules, time-off coverage, and/or unexpected events when required or requested by their immediate supervisor. 12\. Use resources (equipment, PPEs, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or changes to their supervisor and safeguarding the institution’s assets. 13\.
