Software, hardware, and printer maintenance and installation **IT Technical Support Leader** Employment Type: CLT; Work Model: On-site \- Indefinite Duration; Pedro Ludovico Sector \- Goiânia/GO Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. **Responsibilities:** Level 1 and Level 2 support; Support for operating systems and networks; Software, hardware, and printer maintenance and installation; Coordinating and delegating tasks; Guiding and correcting team members' activities; Monitoring the productivity of individuals under supervision **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any bachelor's degree with a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology; 5 (five) years of experience as a field support technician, 2 (two) years of documented experience as a team leader or support team supervisor, bachelor's degree in technology, Windows SC-900 and MS-900 certifications, HDI Support Center Team Lead (HDI-SCTL) or COBIT 2019 Foundation certification, and ITIL 4 Foundation certification. **Additional Information:** This is an indefinite-term CLT opportunity with immediate start upon approval, operating from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break.
