Job Summary:
IT Support Technician N2 provides user support, manages network infrastructure, resolves incidents, and maintains operating systems.

Profile: IT Support Technician N2
Scope:
* Support users in using computing resources, including environment setup,
* equipment, and technical teaching materials;
* Maintain the local network environment (IT Technical Room) in order and provide supervised remote support;
* Coordinate with service providers and equipment manufacturers for maintenance and
installations; assembly, simulation, and testing of programs; irregularities occurring during operations; materials used, as well as the workplace; responsibility; responsibility; regulatory compliance;
* Participate in the installation and maintenance of network systems, as well as perform
* Monitor system operations and resolve issues;
* Support incident and problem resolution;
* Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of network equipment, instruments, and
* Manage mobile telephony, device distribution, and issuance of acceptance documents;
* Support for microcomputing;
* Distribute notebooks/desktops to end users and issue acceptance documents;
* Control returns of old equipment upon delivery of new equipment;
* Manage computer reserve inventory;
* Technical support for field teams;
* Support for mobile devices (data collectors and printers) used in CDP (Warehouse) operations;
* Printing support;
* Software installation;
* Provide on-site technical support:
* LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Tel IP (IP communications) network operations;
* Data and internet links;
* Videoconferencing room equipment;
* Fixed telephony equipment (PABX and IP extensions);
* Network equipment (Switches, Routers, Riverbed appliances, and WIFI antennas).
* Operate within the ITSM system, ensuring every action taken for each service request is properly documented;
* Keep the ITSM knowledge base consistently updated with detailed technical information;
* Generate and present technical activity reports upon request, following established technical standards
