




We are looking for 02 IT Support Technicians to provide user support and maintain the company's technological infrastructure. Location: (Rio de Janeiro/RJ) Employment type: CLT Work model: On-site / Hybrid Remuneration: To be discussed Key responsibilities: Provide 1st- and 2nd-level technical support for hardware, software, and networks. Configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and internal devices. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. Handle incident registration, tracking, and resolution via the Help Desk system, ensuring SLA compliance. Install, configure, and update Windows and corporate applications. Support local network infrastructure, Wi\-Fi, and connectivity. Configure and administer MikroTik devices (RouterOS), including: Firewall, NAT, DHCP, and DNS Bandwidth control (QoS) VPNs (L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN, or IPsec) Link and traffic monitoring Support VoIP environments, including: Cisco, Asterisk, Issabel PBX systems and similar solutions IP phones, extensions, trunks, and softphones Document procedures and maintain an updated IT asset inventory. Requirements: Previous experience in IT technical support. Knowledge of: Windows 10/11 Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Office Suite / Microsoft 365 Printers and network devices Practical knowledge of MikroTik. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. Preferred qualifications: VoIP technology experience (Cisco, Asterisk, Issabel, etc.) is desirable. Technical certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, HDI, MTCNA, among others). Experience with Windows/Linux servers. Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
