Check out the opportunity we’re offering now:** **IT Support Technician** Type of opportunity: CLT (Brazilian permanent employment contract); Work model: On-site, indefinite term; Brasília, Federal District; * Monday to Friday | Business hours. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops, including component replacement and installation. Execute system formatting, installation, and configuration of operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support, logging and updating all service requests in internal systems. Conduct post-repair testing, prepare technical reports, and carry out visits according to schedule or emergency requirements. Manage the withdrawal and return of parts at the client’s distribution center, adhering strictly to a maximum turnaround time of four consecutive days, without allowing item accumulation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Knowledge of IT equipment and peripherals in general, including computers, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, POS systems, and videoconferencing systems. Also covering commercial automation equipment, connectivity infrastructure, and operational support devices.
