We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. **About the Role** The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users and maintaining IT environments, assisting with incident resolution, equipment configuration, and maintenance of clients' technological infrastructure. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong technical problem-diagnosis capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** Provide on-site and remote technical support to users Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Install and configure operating systems and software Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, and access points) Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance Support IT network and infrastructure administration Document support cases and technical procedures Assist in monitoring IT environments **Requirements** Technical or higher education in technology-related fields, such as: Computer Networks Information Technology Systems Analysis and Development Information Systems or related areas **Prior experience in technical support or IT infrastructure** **Desired Knowledge** Windows operating systems Basic knowledge of Windows Server Computer networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Router, switch, and Wi-Fi configuration Hardware installation and maintenance Basic information security concepts Remote support experience **Behavioral Competencies** Strong communication skills with users Analytical and problem-solving abilities Organization and accountability Proactivity Ability to work effectively in teams **Job Details** Work Location: Campinas – SP (On-site) Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday **Benefits** Transportation allowance On-site meals Life insurance (Additional benefits may be added per company policy) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
