Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation of IT infrastructure and systems, providing user support and acting as the on-site contact point. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure continuity of IT services 2. Act as the on-site IT contact point 3. Installation and configuration of IT equipment Responsible for ensuring the operation of local IT infrastructure and systems in cooperation with the IT specialist team and IT managers. * Monitor and intervene in the infrastructure to ensure continuity of IT services; * Provide support to users; * Keep updated on departmental activities; * Act as the on-site IT contact point; * Installation and configuration: Configure computers, printers, routers, and other devices.
