Continuous improvement of processes and technical documentation **IT Support Assistant** We are seeking a committed, proactive, and solution-focused IT professional to join our technology team and contribute to excellence in user support and infrastructure management. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, ensuring proper functionality of platforms and work tools. * Respond to Service Desk requests promptly and accurately, following established procedures. * Perform installation, configuration, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment (hardware, software, Windows workstations, Android tablets, and printers). * Guide and train users on the correct use of systems, tools, and IT policies. * Create, review, and maintain up-to-date technical procedures and knowledge base. * Ensure incident ticket management and tracking, collaborating with other technical teams for issue resolution. * Support administration of resources such as: landline and mobile telephony, CCTV, corporate email, internal messaging platform, and home-office VPN. * Ensure timely updates and optimal operation of the corporate antivirus. * Suggest and implement improvements to IT processes and infrastructure. * Develop materials and documentation to clarify frequently asked questions. * Diagnose, prioritize, and execute corrective and preventive actions on hardware, software, network, and systems. * Log, route, and escalate technical tickets according to service-level agreements. * Perform software updates, program installations, and network and antivirus configurations. * Create and review technical documentation, ensuring knowledge standardization. * Guide users on proper system usage, best practices, and internal policies. * Manage infrastructure services under your responsibility and engage vendors when necessary. * Identify failures and suggest technical and operational improvements. **What We Are Looking For** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress). * Communicative, organized profile with a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience in end-user technical support and infrastructure management is a plus. **Benefits:** * Sulamerica health insurance with co-payment * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Flash meal card (BRL 44.00 per day) * Transportation allowance * SESC membership * SENAC partnership * Study grants after 12 months **Remuneration** BRL 2,500.00 Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:08 PM, Monday through Friday Interested candidates should send their resume to vagas@firstmedical.com.br We are located in the South Zone of São Paulo (near Jabaquara metro station).
