Job Summary: A professional for internal technical support, performing maintenance on IT equipment and systems, and supporting IT-related requests. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for internal and external users 2. Maintenance of IT equipment and systems 3. Incident handling and IT infrastructure support * Provide technical support to internal users at CART headquarters, toll plazas, and customer service centers, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on IT equipment and internal systems as requested. Support internal IT department needs by assisting teams on topics related to Support, Systems, Infrastructure, and Automation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to incidents logged by internal employees and third parties in the Service Desk system, via phone, e-mail, chat, in person, or remotely; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on IT equipment, including formatting/configuring computers, notebooks, mobile phones, printers, etc.; * Provide support for internal systems, ensuring information security best practices; * Provision/replace peripherals; relocate/install IT equipment; * Organize the warehouse and manage equipment inventory upon request; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Information Technology or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology or related fields (preferred); * Prior experience in technical support and maintenance of computers and notebooks (preferred); * Familiarity with Office 365 suite, Windows operating systems, Microsoft network environments, and hardware (maintenance / component replacement) (preferred). **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Wellhub; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Baby gift kit; Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies; eligibility determined per current policy) Having trouble with registration or encountering any other issue on the Gupy platform?
