IT Technical Support Internship (Remote) **Modality:** 100% Remote **Internship Stipend:** R$ 2\.200,00 per month About the position An Information Technology company is seeking a Technical Support Intern to work remotely, providing user support and resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and corporate tools. We seek committed, organized professionals with strong communication skills and a keen interest in technology, who wish to gain practical experience in technical support and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities * Remote technical support and assistance to users; * Diagnosis and resolution of issues on desktops and laptops; * Software installation and configuration; * Windows system support; * Basic Linux support knowledge; * Basic network and equipment configuration; * Use of remote access tools; * Incident logging and tracking; * Creation and updating of technical documentation; * User guidance on system and equipment usage. Mandatory requirements * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in Windows; * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi\-Fi, and routers); * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. Minimum remote work setup * Personal computer or laptop in good working condition; * Stable internet connection; * Suitable environment for remote work; * Functional headset or microphone for meetings and support interactions. Preferred qualifications * Linux knowledge; * Prior technical support experience; * Familiarity with remote access tools; * Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, or programming; * IT-related certifications or supplementary courses.
