




* Support and Maintenance: Assemble, install, and perform preventive maintenance on computers and printers; manage the helpdesk to ensure user productivity. * Essential Infrastructure: Administer servers, networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and security systems (DVRs), ensuring continuous connectivity and availability. * Security and Access Control: Implement and monitor information security policies, manage backups, and control system access to protect our data. * Platform Management: Configure and administer collaboration systems (Human Resources Management, Payroll Management, Maintenance Management (Trilogo), and Time Tracking (Pontomais)), optimizing their usage and integrity. * Organization and Control: Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory (computers, printers, and all other uncited assets); apply digital 5S principles for data organization; and monitor departmental expenses.
