Build this story with us.** The Paraná Lot 05 is one of the most important road infrastructure projects in the State of Paraná. We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and development to the entire region. The concession period includes duplication of 239 km of highway, implementation of 20 km of parallel roads, alignment correction of 2 km of roadway, and construction of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, it foresees implementation of 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian bridges, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bike lanes. Apply to our new openings and share!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Audit handled calls, correcting classification, equipment information, and requesting additional details from technicians when necessary; * Monitor ITS equipment performance to detect deviations and prevent unavailability; * Provide first-level support for simple-complexity requests and possible remote or advisory solutions; * Route service orders for scheduling on the task sheet (when possible) and report needs to supervision, correcting deviations; * Monitor weekly scheduling (task sheet) performance, identifying deviations and assisting in rescheduling calls; * Monitor equipment unavailability using monitoring tools, alerting supervision and field teams; * Record equipment failure incidents in the maintenance system; * Control equipment deactivation via ANTT tool and e\-mail; * Release scheduled preventive maintenance plans; * Assist technicians with issues related to opening and closing calls; * Track equipment shipment and receipt for maintenance; * Track departmental purchase requests and verify received items, forwarding invoices for payment upon confirmation; * Prepare equipment and correspondence for mailing; * Support improvements to departmental documentation; * Actively monitor area KPIs, especially those related to calls and task sheets; * Interact with regulatory agency ANTT, reporting status, diagnosis, and resolution of equipment issues; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable**: Currently pursuing undergraduate or technical studies in Information Technology.
