IT Internship Position Description We are looking for an intern to work in the Information Technology area, assisting in various tasks related to technical support, system maintenance, and infrastructure. Responsibilities * Assist in providing technical support to company users * Participate in system and software maintenance and updates * Help with administration and configuration of networks and servers * Collaborate in identifying and resolving issues with computer equipment * Perform backups and ensure the security of company data Requirements * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) * Interest in learning and developing within the IT field * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Availability to intern 6 hours per day
