Support for networks, infrastructure, and systems **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Level 1 (N1\) technical support to users; \- User support, incident logging and tracking; \- Installation and configuration of computers and peripherals; \- Support for computer networks and infrastructure; \- Support for printers and network devices; \- User access registration, adjustment, and organization in systems; \- Documentation of IT processes, procedures, and routines; \- Basic equipment inventory control; \- Assistance in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI; \- Use of the Mega system to support IT routines. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward. * Basic knowledge of computer science and the Windows environment; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to interact effectively with users. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Interest in documentation and process improvement; * Familiarity with Power BI or Excel; * Prior experience in technical support is a plus. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERNSHIP **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance (subject to location).
