Job Summary: An IT technical support professional responsible for maintaining computers, networks, and systems, with a focus on policy compliance and information management. Key Highlights: 1. IT Technical Support: hardware, software, network, and system maintenance. 2. Information management and compliance with policies and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). 3.
