Job Summary: We are seeking an organized IT Intern to support and develop automation for commercial processes and improve dashboards. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the development and implementation of commercial process automation. 2. Assistance in improving commercial dashboards and indicator analysis. 3. Support in managing pending items and contract administration. **Position: IT Intern** **Work Location:** Ribeirão Preto/SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional to work as an IT Intern; if you are organized and seeking development opportunities, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities:** * **Commercial Process Automation:** Support the development and implementation of automations such as customer follow-up, quotations, sales, and creation of triggers, alarms, and alerts in the system. * **Dashboard Improvements and Analysis:** Assist in dashboard improvements, regional sales mapping, sales funnel, productivity measurement, and analysis of indicators such as most quoted and least sold items. * **Commercial Control and Monitoring:** Provide support in managing pending items, monitoring quotation portals, contract administration, and developing solutions aimed at commercial growth. * **Departmental Activity Support:** Assist in other operational department routines as required. Requirements: * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI; Familiarity with process automation; Interest in commercial indicators and data analysis; Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset. **Inclusion:** This position is also open to people with disabilities (PCD).
