Development in a learning and growth environment **Position: IT Intern** **Job Description:** We are seeking an IT Intern to support the Information Technology department’s activities, contributing to technical support, system maintenance, and project assistance, while also developing practical knowledge in a professional learning and growth environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems); * Assist with maintenance and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support incident tracking and service record documentation; * Assist with installation and updates of systems and applications; * Support network administration and basic infrastructure management; * Provide support for internal systems and IT routines; * Support technology improvement and innovation projects. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computer science, networks, operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite; * Interest in learning and professional development in the IT field. **Desired Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Organization and responsibility; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Attention to detail and logical reasoning. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Basic knowledge of programming or databases; * Prior technical support experience (including academic projects).
