REQUIREMENTS: \- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; \- Prior experience in basic infrastructure routines is desirable; \- 100% on-site work in Indaiatuba/SP, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM); \- Internship stipend of up to R$ 1\.594,30 \+ on-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, life insurance, and parking. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist in developing solutions to meet the company’s internal demands; \- Provide first-level technical support to users (help desk); \- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; \- Support internal network and system administration; \- Assist the development and infrastructure teams as needed.
