We are seeking an **IT intern** to provide user support and help evolve our technology infrastructure. Here, you will participate in building and organizing an IT department, gaining direct exposure to various real-world systems, equipment, and projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to and resolving first-level support tickets (in-person, email, or ticketing system); * Maintaining and configuring computers, printers, and network devices; * Assisting with installation of internal software and systems; * Supporting documentation and process improvement within the department; * Participating in projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing the IT infrastructure. What we expect from you: * Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows); * Organized, communicative, and problem-solving oriented.
