Monday to Friday from 8h to 14h * Enrolled in a **Higher Education or Technical** program in **Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks** or related fields. * Basic knowledge of **operating systems (Windows/Linux)**. * Understanding of **networks, hardware, and Office suite**. * Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Help with preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Monitor hardware and software inventory control. * Support network configuration and internet access monitoring. * Assist in the installation and updating of corporate systems and applications. * Support the creation of reports and technical documentation. * Collaborate with the team on infrastructure and systems improvement projects.
