Technical support to users and system maintenance **About the opportunity:** We are looking for an IT Intern to provide user support and assist with technology department routines. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge in infrastructure, systems, and technical support, working in a dynamic environment with continuous learning. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (Level 1) * Assist with software and hardware installation, configuration, and updates * Support basic maintenance of computers and peripherals * Perform user registration, modification, and deletion in systems * Monitor and log technical service requests (Service Desk) * Support access control, file organization, and network storage management * Assist with infrastructure routines (network, internet, printers, etc.) * Follow information security standards and industry best practices **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Basic computer skills (Windows, Office suite) * Knowledge of networking and hardware is considered a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency or currently studying English **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 14:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Food basket * Meal card * Breakfast * Transportation allowance
