Level 1 technical support for users **Responsibilities:** * ERP support for Evertec, database, and other corporate systems. * Level 1 support for users (applications, web systems, equipment, software installation, operating system configuration, backup verification). * Automation via Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot. **Education:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies from the 4th semester onward in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields. **Technical Competencies:** * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Power BI, development tools, technical support, and ERP systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive, organized, participative, logical reasoning, and sense of urgency. **Stipend:** * R$ 1\.621,00\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance and birthday day-off. **Working Hours:** * 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Note:** On-site work arrangement, Salvador\-BA.
