Train store replenishment staff and others on equipment usage; basic knowledge of networks and systems. Develop computer programs as defined by the IT analyst. Provide support to the cashier team in case of system issues, coordinating resolution with the Corporate IT team to prevent operational downtime. Open and monitor service tickets to resolve system-related issues. Provide assistance for equipment and accessory issues, opening service tickets for more complex situations. Accompany the IT technician team during various tasks (e.g., installation or repairs). Open service tickets to request replacement/purchase of store equipment and accessories. Perform system updates for store-used systems when requested. Basic knowledge of networks and systems; familiarity with the Linux operating system.
