Position: IT Assistant – Technical Degree Limeira Location: Technical Degree Limeira Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, according to the school’s needs Job Description We are seeking an IT Assistant to join our team and ensure the full functionality of the school’s systems, equipment, and technological resources. This professional will be responsible for providing technical support to the pedagogical, administrative, and academic departments, and will also serve as tutor/instructor for the Interativo platform—guiding students in its use and ensuring a smooth and efficient digital experience. Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to all school departments (administration office, pedagogical team, coordinators, finance department, classrooms, and laboratories). * Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Monitor the network, internet connection, local servers, internal systems, and ensure all components operate fully. * Resolve technical issues promptly, with proactive attitude and clear communication with the team. * Support teachers and staff in using academic and operational systems. * Serve as tutor/instructor for the Interativo platform—guiding students, organizing classes, clarifying doubts, and ensuring proper platform usage. * Maintain an updated equipment inventory and assist in procurement processes when required. * Proactively visit departments to identify needs before they are formally requested, ensuring responsive and proactive service. Requirements * Basic and practical knowledge of IT routines (printer installation, system setup, networking, basic hardware and software maintenance). * Familiarity with educational platforms or academic management systems (preferred). * Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and ability to support multiple departments simultaneously. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to solve problems quickly. * Flexible availability and openness to handle emergency situations. * Completed high school education (technical degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred).
