Continuous updates on technologies and process improvements Company located in Itupeva is hiring: IT Assistant **Requirements:** Reside in Itupeva or Jundiaí Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience **Job Challenges:** Work in a dynamic industrial environment, delivering agile support without compromising system stability; Maintain critical infrastructure operational, preventing failures and minimizing production impact; Ensure security and access control, aligning with best practices in information security; Collaborate with various factory departments to efficiently resolve IT requests; Continuously update knowledge on new technologies applied to industry and automation. **Job Responsibilities:** Provide technical support ensuring high availability and performance of client platforms, and when necessary, guide and train users; Responsible for user support, problem identification and logging, and technical assistance via help desk, email, or telephone; Promptly and accurately address customer requests, logging and resolving them according to technical procedures; Keep technical procedures up to date; Stay updated by reading operational procedures, attending meetings, trainings, certifications, and other activities; Support the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), researching new solutions, critically analyzing processes, and proposing improvements; Handle service requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction; Collaborate with other support personnel for resolution, handling, and follow-up of customer requests; Assist in conducting tests, system updates, bug fixes, computer and user migrations, technical documentation development, standards, solutions for computerized environments, support for company systems and processes, implementation of infrastructure and technology processes; **Salary: To be negotiated (Salary expectation)** Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
