Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to support departmental routines, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and the company's technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Will support IT routines and maintenance of equipment and systems. 2. Will provide user support and maintain IT resources. 3. Preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance. **Job Description:** We are seeking an IT Assistant to support departmental routines, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and the company's technological infrastructure. This professional will provide support to internal users and maintain IT resources. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, and peripherals * Provide basic user support (hardware, software, network, and systems) * Support local area network (LAN) maintenance, structured cabling, and access points * Manage and organize equipment, IT assets, and supplies * Support opening and tracking technical service requests * Assist in preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance routines * Support external vendors in technical activities, as needed * Maintain workplace organization and compliance with safety regulations * Support general infrastructure tasks as directed by leadership **Requirements:** * Technical course in Information Technology * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks **Preferred Qualifications:** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields **Benefits:** Samaritano Health Plan, meal allowance, shuttle service (subject to region), uniform, food basket, life insurance (50%), and dental plan (employee-paid).
