Job Summary: Doremi is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our team in Mogi Mirim/SP, providing technical support and ensuring operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Doremi is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our team and ensure operational excellence at our Mogi Mirim/SP unit. What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements): * **Experience:** Prior solid experience in technical support or as an IT Assistant. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in **Hardware and Software**, including assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * **Networking:** Familiarity with and basic knowledge of computer network topology and management. * **Documentation/Education:** Technical course completion or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Networking, or related fields is desirable. * **Mobility:** A valid Brazilian driver's license, **Category B**, is a significant advantage for this role. Your Main Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users (on-site and remote), resolving issues related to systems, applications, and connectivity. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.). * Assist in managing and maintaining computer networks, including configuration of **switches** and resolution of connectivity failures. * Configure and support telephony equipment. * Manage the IT equipment and software inventory, ensuring proper asset control. * Execute and monitor **Backup and Data Recovery** routines. * **Reporting:** Generate technical and managerial reports on system performance and support status. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, in Mogi Mirim / Saude neighborhood.
