Assist in preparing technical documents and manuals **Purpose of the Position:** Support system operations, IT support, and infrastructure to resolve issues and meet user needs. **General Responsibilities:** * Support system operations and suggest improvements as identified. * Support implementation of system changes according to specifications, ensuring system integrity in accordance with development standards and meeting established deadlines. * Propose solutions, error corrections, implementations, and performance, scalability, and portability improvements for projects under supervision. * Provide software/hardware support and assistance to local and remote users * Support area routines and processes * Assist in preparing technical documents, manuals, operational procedures, and others. * Log support tickets for all assistance provided. * Process administrative IT payments and internal IT procedures Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
