




Job Summary: The professional will provide user technical support, install and maintain systems and equipment, and assist with data security and network infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. User Technical Support** * Respond to and resolve technical incidents via system, in person, or remotely. * Provide support to employees with a focus on usability, performance, and security. **2\. System and Equipment Installation and Maintenance** * Install, configure, and update software, hardware, and peripherals. * Maintain operating systems and applications in compliance with organizational standards. **3\. Data Security and Protection** * Perform backup routines and restore information when necessary. * Conduct antivirus checks and updates, and monitor threats. **4\. Network Infrastructure Support** * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of local networks, servers, and access points. * Identify connectivity issues and provide basic support to the infrastructure team. **5\. IT Asset and Logistics Management** * Organize and control inventory of equipment, components, and IT supplies. * Perform checklists and ensure traceability of equipment inflows and outflows. **6\. Incident Recording and Monitoring** * Record all requests and technical actions in the incident management system. * Update support history and generate data for performance indicators. Weekend availability is required.
