Job Summary: Provide operational technical support for Information Technology activities, assisting in the maintenance and operation of systems. Key Highlights: 1. IT technical support 2. Network and equipment configuration **Job Mission:** Provide operational technical support for Information Technology activities, assisting in the maintenance and operation of systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities (higher complexity) and Tasks (lower complexity):** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Embedded Technology assets (computers / general infrastructure / software, telecommunications, electronic navigation equipment) * Perform daily checklists and asset inventories; * Installation and configuration of cameras, IP devices, DVRs, NVRs, access controllers, and turnstiles; * Crimping and laying network cables; * Optical fiber splicing; * Installation of physical infrastructure; * Configuration of Cisco and HP switches; * Organization and cleaning of cameras and racks; * Basic computer maintenance; * Closing service tickets in the support platform; * Possibility of travel for vessel maintenance; * Configuration and use of CCTV and analytics systems; * Terminal camera mapping.
