Job Summary: Provide user support and technical assistance, perform hardware and software maintenance, and manage equipment inventory and security. Key Highlights: 1. First-level technical support 2. Equipment inventory management and security Main Responsibilities: * Provide first-level user support and technical assistance. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. * Support network configuration, cabling, and connectivity. * Assist with software and operating system installation and updates. * Manage equipment inventory and record technical support tickets. * Perform backup routines, antivirus operations, and basic equipment security measures. * Support the creation of manuals and documentation of technical procedures.
