Job Summary: Grupo Seres is seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support, maintenance, and operation of the technology infrastructure, supporting end users and teaching platforms as well as IT governance. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment Grupo Seres is seeking an IT Assistant to support technical assistance, maintenance, and operation of the **technology infrastructure**. This professional will play an essential role in supporting internal users, teaching platforms, online assessments, as well as IT governance and infrastructure for simulators and corporate classrooms. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; * Provide user support regarding installation and use of corporate software; * Perform backups and monitor key corporate tools; * Configure and maintain equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, mice, printers, etc.); * Manage procurement needs for new equipment and IT supplies; * Support corporate system-related projects, such as integrations and improvements; * Monitor online exams and provide support in case of incidents during assessments; * Support students' access to the teaching platform and online classes; * Assist in preparing IT governance reports (ticket tracking, simulator incidents, IT assets, maintenance, replacements, and equipment substitutions); * Support simulator and corporate classroom infrastructure tasks, including cable routing, equipment relocations, minor furniture adjustments, and equipment assembly. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Processing, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Office 365 administration; * Familiarity with networking, systems, and IT routines; * Experience in technical support and end-user assistance; * Basic English proficiency; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate and educational environments; * Experience with distance learning platforms; * Experience in IT asset management and IT governance; **Work Location:** * Avenida das Américas – Barra da Tijuca – RJ (On-site) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
