Propose improvements to enhance the company's service Join the Help Desk team, providing support to the Help Desk Coordinator, assisting users, clarifying doubts, resolving IT-related issues, identifying problems, proposing improvements to enhance the company's service, and performing other duties within the area. **Responsibilities/Assignments:** * Provide customer support via platforms for ISP customers, offering support for networks and building-based Internet; * Analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues remotely; * Clarify doubts from ISP customers (building-based segment / Internet service providers); **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** * Prior experience of 01 (one) year in customer service (remote) roles within call centers; * Knowledge and/or Certifications: + Basic IT, Office Suite, and/or Computer Maintenance courses.
