Job Summary: The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support, ensuring systems and equipment operate correctly, and supporting the operation of high-tech machines used in graphic production. Direct support for the operation of laser engravers, printers, and 3D printers The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support, ensuring systems and equipment operate correctly, and supporting the operation of high-tech machines used in graphic production. It is a strategic role that connects the technology area with production processes. · Provide technical support (hardware and software) to employees. · Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and internal networks. · Directly support the operation and maintenance of laser engravers, laser and inkjet printers, and 3D printers. · Assist in preparing digital files for production (cutting, engraving, and printing). · Monitor and maintain system and IT infrastructure performance. · Organize and manage technology assets (equipment, cables, licenses). · Collaborate on documentation of internal processes and manuals. · Adhere to best practices for information security.
